Job Overview We are seeking a a dependable and motivated Maintenance Worker to assist with the upkeep of commercial properties. This is a part-time position (20-30 Hours per week) with flexible scheduling Responsibilities Basic electrical repairs and trouble shooting Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance. Window washing and general property cleaning. Interior and exterior painting Communicate effectively with tenants or clients regarding maintenance schedules or urgent repairs to provide excellent customer service. Routine building inspections and preventive maintenance Basic knowledge of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner Ensuring properties are safe, clean ad well maintained. Qualifications Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred Basic mechanical knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus for aesthetic touch-ups. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred Ability to lift and carry maintenance equipment and supplies.
