Summer Helper Maintenance & Grounds (Seasonal)

Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and energetic Summer Helper to assist with general maintenance, property upkeep, and outdoor work during the summer months. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and working outdoors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hauling materials, debris, and supplies Interior and exterior painting assistance Power washing buildings, walkways, and other surfaces Lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, raking, and cleanup Assisting with basic property maintenance and general labor Maintaining a clean and safe work area Following safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Basic knowledge of tools and equipment a plus (training provided) Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
