Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general maintenance) Respond quickly to guest and staff requests Assist with preventive maintenance and inspections Keep tools and work areas organized
Requirements:
Basic maintenance or handyman skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and flexible, with on-call availability Positive attitude and strong work ethic
