Full-time Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Resort Maintenance Team. The resort maintenance team is responsible for performing general maintenance duties, is highly skilled with various hand and power tools and attend to room calls while providing satisfactory guest service. The ideal hotel maintenance candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, and has strong problem solving skills. Highly mechanically inclined a plus Plow truck and road maintenance a plus •Competitive Pay based off of experience •
Responsibilities:
Attend to room calls to make repairs for guests Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Perform preventative maintenance and ensure a safe environment Diagnose mechanical and correct mechanical issues Assist in different phases of building, construction and general maintenance Carryout repairs in all areas of the resort All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or related experience Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience in the maintenance or other related fields Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 or more pounds Familiarity with equipment and hand tools Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Join us in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment through your expertise in general maintenance!
