In this energetic role, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions, applying your skills to landscape upkeep, lawn care, and hardscape projects. Whether leading a crew or assisting with hands-on tasks, your enthusiasm and dedication will help transform properties into stunning environments that clients love. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while contributing to vibrant community spaces. Responsibilities Lead or assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive landscapes Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Perform lawn care duties like aeration, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush turf growth Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and care Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to support healthy growth and safety standards Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Assist with gardening projects by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower displays Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued Mechanical knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery such as excavators is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors or crew leaders Basic understanding of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Valid driver's license preferred for operating equipment or transporting materials Join us if you're passionate about outdoor environments and eager to grow your skills in landscape maintenance!
