Full Job Description Maintenance Associate Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30

PM Location:

Levittown, PA 19057

Pay Rate:

$20-26hrly Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to support daily facility upkeep. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Responsibilities Empty trash and waste bins throughout the facility Sweep floors and maintain overall cleanliness (training provided on riding floor scrubber) Perform general maintenance tasks as needed Trim shrubbery and maintain outdoor areas using electric clippers Spot clean carpets and assist with touch-up painting Complete routine weekly and monthly facility inspections Qualifications Previous maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred Ability to operate basic tools and equipment (training provided where needed) Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic J & J pays WEEKLY and we offer Direct Deposit, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a $$$ Referral Bonus $$$ !!!
