Job:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Assistant Maintenance Worker to join our property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn general property maintenance skills. No prior experience or formal education is required — just a good attitude, dependability, and willingness to work.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Property Manager with cleaning and maintaining rental properties Help with minor repairs, yard work, painting, and general upkeep Clean and prepare units for new tenants Follow directions and work safely and efficiently Keep tools and work areas organized

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule & Pay:
