Up to $19.00/hour (based on experience)

Full-Time, Entry-Level Revere Staffing Partners is looking for a mechanically inclined General Maintenance Assistant for our client, a well-established precision manufacturer based in the Meadville, PA area, producing high-quality valves, fittings, and piping systems for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets. As an ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
certified manufacturer with decades of local roots, quality, precision, and craftsmanship matter on every part that leaves the floor.
Job Duties:
Assist with routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery Help diagnose and perform basic repairs on mechanical equipment and shop tools Support general building and facility upkeep (lighting, fixtures, minor repairs, housekeeping) Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and minor assembly work Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments to complete tasks accurately Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in line with company and ISO standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and report larger issues to the maintenance lead Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, quality-focused work environment
Required Skills:
Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in how things work and how to fix them Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and learn on the job Comfortable using hand and power tools High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
Experience reading and using calipers and micrometers or other precision measuring tools General assembly or light mechanical assembly experience Prior exposure to a manufacturing, machine shop, or industrial environment Basic familiarity with preventive maintenance practices
Physical Requirements:
