Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to equipment and machinery Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems Assist in the maintenance of hospital grounds, including snow removal, lawn care, and trash disposal Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Collaborate with other maintenance staff members to complete projects and achieve department goals Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. HVAC, electrical, or mechanical technologies) a plus Minimum 0 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation How to
