Job Description
Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of our facilities and equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding maintenance issues and solutions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field. Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in maintenance work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
