Skilled Maintenance Worker

Up to $24-$28/hr | Full Time | Day 8am - 4pm | On-Call Rotation | Rotating Weekends and Holidays The Skilled Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing specific routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of community grounds and property to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors while providing cost effective maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License required High School diploma or equivalent required Two years of general maintenance experience preferred Experience or training as electrician preferred Experience in appliance repair preferred Experience or training in plumbing, painting and carpentry preferredExpectations and Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintains physical structure and systems of community. Maintains community grounds; may include lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal. Completes all assigned maintenance work orders. Repairs and maintains electrical and utility systems. Performs preventative maintenance. Maintains safety systems, such as: fire alarms, nurse call systems, security). Able to work independently or as part of a team. Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions. Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.
