We are looking for a hard working, detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to ensure our Venue looks its best before, during and after events. In this role, you will be essential in keeping our environment clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal . Conduct detailed janitorial and custodial work to maintain cleanliness standards in restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas. Carry out floor care activities such as vacuuming, hard wood floor maintenance and carpet cleaning. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs, painting and equipment upkeep. Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are stored properly and used safely according to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and pressure washers. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for heavy lifting and performing repetitive tasks. Basic handyman skills like minor repairs or painting are a plus but not required. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions independently when needed.
