Maintenance Assistant

Manatawny Manor is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team of professionals! Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MAINTANENCE ASSISTANT

(include but are not limited to): Ability to demonstrate knowledge of standard maintenance repair methods, and the terminology and tools of the trade Assist the Environmental Services Manager with regulations and upkeep of state regulations Must be capability of setting priorities Follow all safety practices Maintain care and use of the supplies and equipment May be required to lift, push, pull, and move equipment Provide updates for staff meetings Performs other related duties as assigned by management
