The Maintenance Associate works closely with the Maintenance Director to keep our building in good working order. A typical day involves painting an apartment, assisting a resident moving into our community, helping with preventive maintenance and handling several work orders. Join a great team in a family-owned company with good benefits.
Hours:
8:30 am
  • 5 pm
Critical Success Factors:
. Good work ethic and positive attitude Patient and kind with elderly residents Good painting skills (all other skills we will teach) Follows good safety practices Courteous and respectful to co-workers and residents.
Minimum Qualifications:
Good Painting skills Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems High School diploma Valid driver's license; must have clean driving record with no major violations over the past two years. EOE Other1
