Job Overview:
SECOND SHIFT ONLY
(2 PM to 10 PM Monday-Friday)MUST HAVE BUILDING MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, WITH PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE WITH HVAC AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE.
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team on the second shift. Hours are 2 PM to 10 PM Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership abilities. HVAC and electrical background a plus!Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain HVAC and electrical equipment and systems.
- Monitor equipment and conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Supervise contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Use tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers to diagnose problems.
Skills:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee maintenance operations effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Current drivers license and drive own vehicle.
- Familiarity with English language for effective communication.
