MUST HAVE BUILDING MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, WITH PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE WITH HVAC AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE.

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team on the second shift. Hours are 2 PM to 10 PM Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership abilities. HVAC and electrical background a plus!

• Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain HVAC and electrical equipment and systems.
• Monitor equipment and conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Use tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers to diagnose problems.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills to oversee maintenance operations effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Current drivers license and drive own vehicle.
• Familiarity with English language for effective communication.
