Building Service Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Service Technician to join our team. Duties Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks across various areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces. Responsible for building's maintenance work order Assist with residential painting projects and minor repairs to improve property aesthetics. Support facilities maintenance activities such as light repairs, plumbing checks, and electrical troubleshooting. Maintain safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance operations to ensure a secure environment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential maintenance Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
