IN THIS LABORER ROLE YOU WILL

Your day as an Asphalt Maintenance Worker kicks off before sunrise; you gear up, roll out with the crew, and get the site ready-blowers and brooms to clear the surface, crack filler to protect the pavement, then smooth, consistent spray‑sealcoating that leaves the lot looking sharp; between tasks you keep materials moving, equipment maintained, and communication tight so the job runs clean and efficient, and when you leave, the transformation is obvious.

ASPHALT MAINTENANCE WORKER REQUIREMENTS

Can you show up on time, grind through a full day outdoors, and still care about a clean, even finish? Do you work well on a small crew where everyone depends on each other? Say "yes," meet the requirements, and you're who we want on our team.
