Maintenance Worker Quality Stone Veneer

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Follow preventative maintenance plans for equipment
- Perform service work on: skid-loaders, forklifts, pick-up tricks, some electric motors, diesel/gasoline/propane engines, cement mixers, conveyor tables, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and maintenance issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Establish and follow preventive maintenance plans for equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Specific experience in stick welding, torch cutting, diesel engines, hydraulics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Experience with 110
- 220• and 480-volt electircal work a plus•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
