Job Description
Ziegler Tire is searching for the ideal candidate who can join our team as a Commercial Service Mechanic, in the Warrendale, PA market . This position will focus on servicing primarily Class V and above vehicles and equipment. Ziegler Tire, a family-owned business since 1919, has grown through the years from its humble beginnings to be one of the nation's largest independent commercial tire dealers. Ziegler Tire currently has 29+ locations across Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Indiana providing goods and services throughout more than 10 states.
Proficient in:
Air Brake Systems Electrical:
wiring and lights Carpentry skills Welding- steel and aluminum Fabrication experience, i.e., Panel patches/replacement, Roof patches
- ICC bumper replacement
- Cross member section/replacement General maintenance of semi-trailers: PM and FHWA (Annual Inspections) General maintenance of semi-trucks, straight trucks: PM, DOT's, clutch, starters
- Alignments, tires Class A/B CDL license is a plus, not required.
