Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to assist in the general maintenance of the facility for the safety and well-being of our seniors and employees alike. Monday

Monthly employee appreciation activities Management has a very hands-on approach and is easily accessible Awards and recognition programs Monthly employee appreciation activities Job Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment (washers, dryers) Setup and adjust TVs Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers' packings, and drain lines Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment General Painting Other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Previous maintenance experience is required Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
