Maintenance Worker

Concorida at SpiriTrust is seeking a dependable and compassionate Maintenance Worker to support our Personal Care and Independent Living service lines. This position is responsible for maintaining facility vehicles, equipment, utility systems, and building operations to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This is a First Shift, Full Time Position.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform general maintenance and repair tasks. Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare, residential, or senior living setting. Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or general building maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance duties including room repairs, plumbing, electrical work, appliance and equipment repairs, painting, and refurbishing. Maintain all tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in proper working condition. Assist with seasonal facility maintenance, including snow removal, leaf removal, and salting walkways and sidewalks. Respond to emergency maintenance calls when assigned to the on-call schedule. Conduct routine inspections and audits of vehicles, equipment, and emergency systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards. Move furniture and equipment, including beds, dressers, and other furnishings, as needed throughout the facility. Assist with or perform maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans, electrical systems, and emergency generators, as applicable. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established maintenance and safety procedures. Support facility operations by completing assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner. Why work for us? Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
