Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and fleet vehicles. This team also ensures that all facilities and properties are maintained at a preset level. Responsibilities
  • Clean multiple garages and parking lots throughout downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant.
  • Perform landscaping/lot maintenance as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager or General Manager.
  • Report any observed deficiencies that require additional help to correct. Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Mechanical knowledge to help maintain lawn equipment and fleet vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tool operations.
  • Must have a clean 3 year driving record.
