Looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable General Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of repair/maintenance and cleaning tasks. Job responsibilities Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repair drywall, painting, clogging plumbing and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Perform routine maintenance such as A/C filters, light bulbs, clearing gutters, etc. Clean and assist with the upkeep of the facilities. Inventory supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications To be a successful candidate for this job you must be Reliable and dependable Knowledgeable of general maintenance, building repairs, and cleaning Able to use hand tools and power tools Able to obtain or already possess a current DOT medical certificate to operate company vehicles Excellent organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license in good standing Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking and working in heat and cold temps Able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly (trash and supplies) Able to bend at the waist, reach, sit, kneel, crouch, stoop, balance, push/pull, lay horizontally, walk, stand, and be situationally aware of surroundings as work-task may require.
