Operations/maintenance assistant

Property Operations & Maintenance Assistant We are looking for a reliable and flexible team member to assist with daily property operations for vacation rental units. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to adapt to different tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Handle simple maintenance requests and minor repairs( battery replacements, lightbulb replacement etc) Inspect Airbnb/vacation rental units for cleanliness and overall condition Report missing or damaged items and restock/replacement supplies as needed Check housekeeping quality to ensure units meet company standards Assist with various operational tasks throughout the day as priorities change Communicate issues quickly and professionally with management

Qualifications:

Basic maintenance or handyman skills preferred Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Flexible schedule and willingness to assist with different tasks daily Reliable transportation required Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Someone proactive, trustworthy, and motivated who takes pride in keeping properties guest-ready and running smoothly. Every day is different, so flexibility and problem-solving skills are important for this position. •Must have valid licence •Must have vehicle to be able to drive back and forth between hotels

From $17.00 per hour
