Property Inspector

Luxury Beach Rentals is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental homes are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready. This role is essential to delivering excellent guest experiences through quality inspections, light maintenance, inventory checks, and operational support. This is a seasonal position with potential for permanent full time. Responsibilities Travel between assigned vacation rental properties to conduct routine and as-needed inspections Inspect homes for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance prior to guest arrivals Confirm appliances, electronics, lighting, locks, and HVAC settings are functioning properly Perform minor maintenance (light bulbs, small fixes, basic troubleshooting) Identify and report larger maintenance issues to maintenance teams or vendors Manage and restock property inventory (linens, toiletries, supplies) Prepare and stage properties to meet Luxury Beach Rentals' quality standards Deliver requested items to guests during their stay Prepare and deliver guest welcome packets when needed Run occasional errands such as supply runs or post office pickups Document inspection results, photos, and notes accurately Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams Other duties as assigned Reliable personal transportation required (no company vehicle provided) Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the workday Ability to work flexible hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM , including weekends Ability to lift up to approximately 30 lbs (linens, supplies, small items) Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week 9-5 PM and 10-6 PM shifts available Weekends required Benefits Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Stable, full-time employment Opportunity to work with a growing vacation rental company Luxury Beach Rentals manages a large portfolio of high-quality vacation homes in the Myrtle Beach area.
