Property/Landscape Maintenance

Dick's Pawn Shop is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals with a positive attitude to join our team. We provide a fun, energetic, safe, and stable work environment. Description The Property Maintenance will work closely with the Management team in varies projects and upkeep of our locations. Including preventive maintenance, diagnoses of issues, property projects, repairs or part replacements, and upkeep of the facility and its grounds. Lead a team when needed on any projects directed by management. Requirements

• Use behavior that is always professional in nature
• Working knowledge of tools and repair
• HVAC knowledge and experience preferred
• Perform installations and painting services
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs
• Knowledge of renovating and refurbishing a commercial building
• Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs to multiple locations.
• General grounds work when required.
• Inspect and diagnose problems around the properties
• Ability to bend, lift, & carry over 30 pounds e-Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, work promptly and work either independently or in a team.

Reliable Transportation is a Requirement Benefits Hourly pay will depend on experience 12 hours of sick leave when you are hired and another 12 hours after 6 months One work week of vacation after a year of employment/ 2-week vacation 5 years/ 3-week vacation over 15 years Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90 days 401k after a year Employee discount after 90 days

Schedule:

Monday to Friday/Saturday Weekend availability if needed for a project
