• Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs + Maintain building and property through keeping it in clean and orderly condition + Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools + Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards + Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the fac •Skills, Experience and Requirements•

Education and Experience:

• + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Skills and Qualifications:

• + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required + Must have a valid driver's license + Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots + Open to occasional on call in the case of emergencies + Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems + Excellent communication and organizational skills Visa sponsorship not available for this role •Salary Ranges•

Compensation:

$20.72/Hour - $29.60/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
