Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This role requires a versatile skill set, including mechanical, electrical, and residential and commercial maintenance expertise. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural repairs and yard maintenance. Conduct residential painting, drywall repair, and surface finishing tasks Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Conduct Eviction Cleanouts and refurb units as needed Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with vendors or contractors when required Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Experience Proven experience in residential and commercial maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques Experience with residential painting and general carpentry is preferred Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with residents or tenants HVAC and Plubing experience is desirable Candidates should be proactive problem solvers with a strong work ethic, committed to working indenpendantly and maintaining various properties upkeep.
