Job Description

General Maintenance worker is responsible for Grounds maintenance as well as some preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Responsibilities and Duties Perform general repairs. Some painting, plumbing or maintenance knowledge is preferred. Complete daily assigned tasks from project list Maintain pool and spa equipment and perform water quality tests Empty trash and keep the parking lot clean Assists other staff members as required
