Full Job Description Maintenance Person Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Fabricate and install new equipment or fixtures as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or customers in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain and keep grounds clean, mowed and trash free.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Available for on call phone rotation every 3rd week.

Experience:

• Proven experience in general maintenance work, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants or customers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay for the right candidate.
