This energetic role offers hands-on experience in painting and other maintenance jobs providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and work during the summer months. All positions are paid, offering valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Hours could be early, 6-3 or later, 8-5 each day of the week. Duties Perform manual labor tasks, both indoor and outdoor. A variety of tasks will be given to those chosen for the job. Painting and all things related to preparing surfaces for paint will be a large portion of the maintenance tasks. Experience Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, or other construction equipment is beneficial Ability to follow safety protocols when operating machinery and tools Strong work ethic Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward completing assigned tasks efficiently This vibrant summer role is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy working and want to gain valuable experience in landscaping, construction, and maintenance.
