Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This position offers the opportunity to engage in diverse maintenance tasks, from landscaping and lawn care to equipment repairs . If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working outdoors, this is your chance to contribute to a well-maintained, welcoming environment while developing valuable skills in landscape maintenance, construction, and general upkeep. Responsibilities Maintain the grounds by mowing, weedtrimming and drebris removal. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Support general building maintenance by repairing fixtures, replacing parts, or troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment or infrastructure. Collaborate with team members on facility projects and ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental guidelines. Ability to perform physical tasks to include mowing, water line maitenance and swimming pool upkeep. Knowledge of construction practices related to outdoor projects and facility upkeep. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Prior experience working with landscaping or maintenance teams is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Valid drivers license in required.
