Job Description

OPENING for
UNIT TURNAROUND POSITION WORK WEEK IS MONDAY - THURSDAY
(7am-4:30pm) Under the general supervision of the Unit Turnaround Manager and Director of Facility, the Unit Turnaround position is responsible for ensuring the efficient turnaround time on vacant units and carrying out material and equipment installations, renovations, repairs, and servicing in the following areas - carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, painting and ventilation, on properties, under the jurisdiction of JCHA.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform basic tasks in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, painting and drywall. Ability to operate electrical and mechanical tools and equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks using good body mechanics.
Overview:
This position entails painting and cleaning of vacant units and may include basic masonry, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance. This position is a full-time position.
