Job Description

Multifamily property looking for Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to be part of the current Site Team. The Site Team works to support and ensure the image and quality of the community's physical assets and works to maintain the common areas to fortify a great and fantastic living experience for incoming and current customers. The maintenance role is to complete tasks including routine building repairs, preparation of vacant apartments for leasing, general maintenance and repair of the features of the community. The role requires experience in handling customers, customer service, appliance repairs, mechanical repairs, general building repairs, modest electrical and plumbing repairs in addition to a number of other tasks.
