Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities within Lake Tanglewood. Responsibilities include inspecting properties for safety, cleaning and repairing structures, landscaping, and general upkeep. Duties may involve plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor mechanical repairs. Operate tools and equipment safely, such as lawn mowers, hand tools, and power tools. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and document completed work. Assist with seasonal maintenance projects, such as winterizing facilities, repairing fences, and maintaining recreational areas. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed. Support special events and community activities by setting up, taking down, and ensuring areas are safe and clean. Work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and residents. Maintain a professional demeanor, follow safety protocols, and adhere to company policies. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates should demonstrate basic knowledge of maintenance practices and possess a willingness to learn new skills. Prior experience in general maintenance or facility repair is preferred.
