This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before they become major issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Handle repairs across multiple areas, including welding, fabrication, and residential painting. Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and completed repairs. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall efficiency of facility operations. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff, guests, and vendors. Qualifications Commercial property maintenance experience with a strong understanding of large-scale facility systems. Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics. Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus. Basic knowledge of residential painting techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong time and organizational skills.
