Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through various landscaping, lawn care, and hardscape tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will help ensure our projects meet the highest standards of excellence. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep landscapes healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and caring for horticultural elements Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and effectively Execute landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mulching, and soil preparation Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping tools, power tools, and construction equipment Experience with lawn care, gardening, tree care, and landscape maintenance practices Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes Ability to operate machinery including excavators and snow plows safely Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design concepts Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques Join us at LandTec to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces!
