North by Northwest Lawns, LLC is a leader in commercial landscape maintenance, dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces for businesses throughout Austin, TX. As part of a dynamic and growth-oriented team, you will help maintain and enhance high-profile commercial properties using modern tools and techniques. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about landscaping, enjoy working outdoors, and are committed to delivering quality results in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris removal on commercial properties Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, including safely pulling trailers as needed Follow commercial maintenance specifications and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols Qualifications Experience in commercial landscape maintenance Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles (must be 21 years or older) Experience with pulling trailers Understanding of commercial maintenance standards and quality expectations Detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach to work Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable transportation to job sites Benefits Competitive pay Steady, year-round employment with a variety of commercial projects Opportunities for career advancement and skill development Supportive and high-performing team environment Work on large-scale, high-profile commercial projects Access to modern tools, equipment, and technology Be part of a company focused on growth, innovation, and quality craftsmanship Offered compensation: $20/hr - $30/hr Experience and License Requirements (Valid).
