Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscape care, equipment repair, and general building upkeep. Your proactive approach will help create a safe, functional, and attractive environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your mechanical knowledge, landscaping skills, and hands-on expertise in a dynamic setting. Duties Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and planting to maintain aesthetic appeal Operate power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently for construction, landscaping, or repair projects Perform routine building maintenance such as fixing fixtures, repairing surfaces, and ensuring all systems are operational Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Carry out snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for all users Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls by performing repairs or enhancements Assist with tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal to promote healthy growth Experience Proven experience in maintenance work with a strong background in mechanical repairs and general building upkeep Hands-on knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices Familiarity with operating power tools such as trimmers, blowers, drills, and excavators Experience in gardening, tree care (trimming or removal), irrigation system management, and snow plowing preferred Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor maintenance activities Join us to bring your skills to life!
