Marina Maintenance Worker

Job Overview This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep marina operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with tools and equipment, and a passion for maintaining high standards of safety and service. Join our team to help create a welcoming environment for boaters and visitors alike while developing your skills. Job schedule will include Saturdays & Sundays, with 2 weekdays off. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of marina infrastructure, including docks, piers, boat lifts, and electrical systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Perform repairs using hand tools and power tools. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment; operate vehicles for transportation around the marina site. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to marina facilities or maintenance issues promptly and professionally. Operate equipment to move boats. Skills Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic with strong mechanical knowledge. Experience with the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of vehicles, boats or marina vehicles; ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Strong customer service skills coupled with clear communication abilities. Experience working in a an organized and disciplined environment is a plus due to the emphasis on safety protocols and valuable boats and vehicles.
