Looking for a candidate who has a good work ethic, is reliable and responsible. Must have maintenance experience and plumbing and electrical experience and swimming pool preferred. Hiring maintenance staff to work at a ranch resort with several different accommodations and amenities. Must be a team player who is self-motivated. We offer Paid Time Off and 5 Floating Holidays a year for Full-Time Employees. Pay rate can be adjusted based on level of experience. Flying L Ranch Resort is located in Bandera, TX "The Cowboy Capital of the World"! Are you ready to join the Flying L team? Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge, be proficient in various maintenance tasks, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance work to enhance the safety and functionality of our environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, and HVAC systems as required. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal. Utilize schematics and ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Proficient in reading schematics and technical diagrams. Familiarity with using diagnostic tools. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Experience in residential painting techniques. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and tenants. Proficient in English for clear communication within the team and with clients. This role is vital for maintaining our facilities' integrity and ensuring a safe, functional environment for all users.
