Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Utilize mechanical tools and instruments, including ohmmeters, to diagnose issues and implement solutions. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and logic controllers. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control. Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications to existing equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. Experience supervising teams or projects is a plus. Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics is highly desirable. Ability to fabricate components as required for maintenance tasks. Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
