The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of our facilities through effective maintenance practices, while also providing excellent customer service and leadership within the maintenance team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, AC, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise, utilizing knowledge of programmable logic controllers and schematics. Maintenance of painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to timelines. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff or residents regarding maintenance needs. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Proficiency in electrical systems with hands-on experience using tools such as an ohmmeter. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and their applications in facility operations. Strong understanding of schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and customers. Previous experience is preferred, showcasing leadership capabilities within a maintenance context. A commitment to safety standards and best practices in all aspects of maintenance work.
