Manufacturing Maintenance Helper

Maintenance Helper - 3rd Shift We're seeking a reliable Maintenance Helper to support plant maintenance operations on our overnight (3rd) shift. This role assists with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a food manufacturing environment while following all safety standards. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues Complete work orders accurately and safely Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures Assist with ammonia refrigeration systems Perform ARC, TIG, and MIG welding as needed Read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and technical documents Handle basic plumbing and pipe fitting Work in refrigerated areas (down to -20°F) Participate on the HAZMAT team Work overtime as needed Requirements Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience Basic PLC knowledge preferred Welding experience preferred Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills Benefits Training and Development Overtime opportunities Weekly Pay Full-time stability Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Free online courses ??
