We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Make-Ready Technician to join our team at a 250-unit apartment community!
What You'll Do:
Prepare vacant units for new residents (cleaning, repairs, touch-ups) Perform basic maintenance (painting, light plumbing, minor electrical) Ensure units meet company quality standards and deadlines Work closely with maintenance and leasing teamsWhat We Offer:
