This role offers an opportunity to work across various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building upkeep. You will also be cross trained to assist in our install/repair department to assist as needed. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help keep our facilities operating smoothly and efficiently. Example of duties include, but are not limited to; Maintaining organization and records of any work/inspections needing to be done on the premises. Recommending improvements. Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment systems. Repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Organizing the warehouse, keeping the building/warehouse cleaned. All various tasks as needed that may arise i.e., assembling shelving, unloading trucks, landscape upkeep.
