Schedule :
Monday through friday We are a fast‑growing property management company committed to providing safe, well‑maintained, and comfortable communities for our residents. We're looking for a skilled and reliable Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily maintenance operations across our residential properties. Key Responsibilities Assist with routine and emergency maintenance requests Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems (within certification scope) Complete unit turns, including painting, minor carpentry, and fixture replacement Maintain grounds, common areas, and building exteriors Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues Support senior maintenance staff with larger projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and property management policies Qualifications Maintenance certification (EPA, HVAC, or equivalent preferred) 1+ year of property maintenance or related experience Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Reliable, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
