Part-Time Maintenance & Grounds Assistant Fretz Tennis Center Dallas, TX Job Details Part-time $18 - $22 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Landscape maintenance Equipment repair Outdoor work Driver's License Attention to detail Full Job Description Job Overview Fretz Tennis & Pickleball Center is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Part-Time Maintenance & Grounds Assistant to help keep our facility clean, safe, and operating at a high standard for our members and guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and is comfortable performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks. Responsibilities Assist with tennis and pickleball court maintenance and repairs Repair and replace court nets, center straps, and windscreens Help maintain court equipment and facility furnishings Remove leaves, debris, and trash from courts, walkways, and common areas Blow, sweep, and pressure wash courts and facility grounds as needed Assist with minor facility repairs and general maintenance projects Help keep restrooms, clubhouse, and outdoor areas clean and presentable Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other operational needs Support management with miscellaneous facility improvement projects Qualifications Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, handyman, landscaping, or facility experience preferred Ability to work independently and follow instructions Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic knowledge of tools and minor repairs is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Part-Time Flexible schedule Approximately 15-25 hours per week Some mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for additional hours during special events and facility projects About Fretz Tennis & Pickleball Center Fretz Tennis & Pickleball Center is one of North Texas's premier public racquet sports facilities, featuring tennis courts, pickleball courts, leagues, tournaments, lessons, camps, and community events.
