Building Maintenance Worker:
(Full-Time) 1. Performs duties in a timely, safe and efficient manner in the shop/warehouse. 2. Interior maintenance of the buildings to include light touch up painting, change light bulbs as needed, minor repairs, trouble shooting and light plumbing. Professionals will be called in for large tasks. 3. The Employee will make sure shop/warehouse is clean, neat and safe at all times. 4. The Employee's duties will include, stocking, counting, removal, and delivering of supplies in the shop. 5. Assists with changing filters (outdoor lighting) which will require to climb a ladder of approximately 10 ft tall (frequency: once a month) and climbing a ladder of 6 ft tall (indoors) to change light bulbs (frequency: 5% of the week). 6. Promote effective teamwork by working cooperatively with coworkers/team members. Helps complete all paperwork for each job assigned. 7. Participates in training as appropriate to job classification. Including safety training as mandated. 8. Attendance at work site is required. 9. Interior touch up painting, minor patch up repairs (baseboards, holes/scrapes on the walls), trouble shooting. 10.
Equipment used:
Paint brushes, water based paint, ladders (6ft & 10ft), lifting of up to 30 lbs, clipboards to keep track of orders, hammer, screw driver as needed.
