Full Job Description Job Summary:
Responsible for repairs, upkeep and maintenance in various areas within the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks that include, but not limited to, welding, HVAC, electrical, basic plumbing, landscaping, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and flooring in commercial spaces. Assemble and install fixtures and equipment as needed. Respond to general maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs promptly. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Maintain an inventory of tools and materials needed for maintenance tasks. Ensure that maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections. Report any major issues or required repairs to management promptly. Keeps the work area safe, clean and organized. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Experience in maintenance with a strong emphasis in general maintenance in a commercial environment. Proficient in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ensures that work assigned is completed on a timely basis Computer literacy and strong communication skills; Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing for all work-related purposes. Proficient in English Valid driver's license with good driving record. ⁠Must be willing to travel locally but no overnight stays will be required ⁠Company work truck will be provided
